To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) starting January 1, 2026, who will provide technical assistance, ensure smooth IT operations, and contribute to our collective success.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system

• Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues

• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, networks, and peripheral devices

• Assist in setting up user accounts, access rights, and software applications

• Document support cases and solutions in our internal systems

• Collaborate closely with the IT team to resolve incidents efficiently

• Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related matters

Your Profile

• Completed training or degree in IT (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) or a comparable qualification

• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments

• Experience with networks, servers, IT security, and common hardware

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and other productivity tools is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured, proactive approach

• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills

• Fluency in German and very good English skills preferred
